SoulCollage® is a program that Seena B. Frost M.Div.. M.A. and psychotherapist, designed in 1986-1989 when she was studying with a spiritual teacher by the name of Dr. Jean Houston. She initiates her Introduction to SoulCollage® with the following quote from Meister Eckhart:
When the soul wishes to experience something, she throws an image of the experience before her and enters into her own image.
Like art therapy, SoulCollage® mirrors and expands individual awareness, acceptance, and creativity. Both recognize the power of imagery; expand personal intuition; utilize both right and left brain and help individuals to grow and change in their own, unique way. This practice is accessible to anyone, even people who believe they have no artistic ability.

The method is very simple:
- We discover images that intuitively call to us when we view magazines, calendars, and other forms of images available to us.
- We then cut and past these images onto 5”X8” cards to express one energy.
- We give voice to these cards or “neters” by letting each image speak for itself.
- Eventually we form a personal deck of cards that represents who we are in many dimensions.
Saturday Morning groups: Saturdays 9:30-12:30 for the purpose of getting together, making cards and working with them however we wish. These groups are casual and we ask for a contribution of ($15-$35 per session).Dates for 2011 are: Saturday, Jan 15; February 19, March 19 and April 16.
