I've just integrated a new and exciting therapy into my practice, called Brainspotting or BSP.  Brainspotting, which was discovered by David Grand, evolves from EMDR.  Brainspotting embraces the mind/body connection; and is especially effective for pain relief, sleep problems and trauma issues.  For more complete information on how it works, go to David Grand's website:  https://brainspotting.pro/ or go to U-Tube and watch David Grand.

Art Therapist, Psychologist (MA), Artist, SoulCollage® Facilitator

I have been an art therapist since 1984 when I became a Registered Art Therapist or A.T.R. Since that time, I have taught many workshops as well as classes at St. Mary's University, Metropolitan State University and Alfred Adler Institute in Minneapolis. I recently became a facilitator for a new and exciting form of art therapy called Soul Collage®. See Soul Collage section for more information.

I have also conducted groups in "artmaking", "growing ourselves", "the Heartfull Journal", and consultation groups with mental health practitioners.
I primarily work with individuals using art therapy as a tool together with Brainspotting,  EMDR, and Faster EFT.  I continue to work with other practitioners and their clients as an adjunct therapist and/or consultant.

In addition, I help people access their creativity and/or resolve creative blocks.
